Week 1: Baseline, assessment, education
Participants complete a wellness baseline survey covering energy, sleep, stress, focus, and physical confidence. We establish the starting point and introduce the foundations of The Fitnessa Formula.
Week 2: Implementation and accountability
Habits are introduced and practiced in real time. Participants begin applying nutrition, movement, and mindset strategies directly to their daily work life. Accountability check-ins begin.
Week 3: Optimization and stress regulation
We identify what's working and adjust. Focus shifts to stress management, energy optimization, and building consistency under pressure.
Week 4: Integration and performance review
Participants complete the end-of-pilot wellness survey. Results are compared against baseline. A full performance and wellness impact report is delivered to company leadership.
